I had a bad weekend/Monday eating-and-not-exercising wise.

Back on the wagon today, then once I finish Insanity on Sunday I’m going to restart it!

So, fail. Missed a few days due to our crisis this weekend and then I had to catch up on sleep. But I will definitely work out tomorrow and Saturday and then re-do the last week starting on Monday!

I did very badly today.

I don’t even want to calculate my calories. And it was 99% carbs. Oops!

Luke started Insanity today.

Why do I do this to myself

Just wake the fuck up and do your workout, Kristie. Now you have to do it when you get home from work….ugh!

That post was looming over my head

So I did my workout. Now it’s almost 11 PM and I’m not tired because I just worked out…lol

Did it.

Finished a half marathon! My pace was slow…a little more than a 12 minute mile, but that’s OK! I hardly trained so it was expected. I did walk from mile 11 to mile 12 but otherwise ran the whole thing, and the last mile I booked it! Go me!
